Shipping & Delivery

Order fulfillment

Every lamp is made to order — printed layer by layer in our Warsaw studio. Production takes 5–10 business days from the moment you place your order. Once complete, the lamp is carefully packed and handed over to the courier.

Total time from order to delivery: 7–14 business days.

During peak seasons, production time may be slightly longer. If that happens, we'll let you know by email.

Delivery options

Courier (DPD / DHL) Delivery to your address in Poland. Cost: 19.99 zł Delivery time: 1–2 business days after dispatch.

Packaging

Lamps are delicate objects — each one is individually packed in a custom box with protective filling. We make sure it arrives in perfect condition.

Order tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can follow the delivery status on the courier's website.

International delivery

We ship throughout the European Union. International shipping costs 79.99 zł. Delivery time varies by country — typically 3–7 business days after dispatch. Prices include VAT, with no hidden customs fees within the EU.
