Refund policy
Right of return
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the shipment, without giving any reason. This applies to purchases made as a consumer.
How to return
- Send an email to contact@vladoganovobjects.com with your intention to withdraw. Include your order number.
- You will receive confirmation of your request.
- Pack the Product in the original packaging (or other packaging ensuring safe transport) and send it to: Vlad Oganov Objects, Al. Prymasa Tysiąclecia 66, 01-424 Warsaw, Poland.
- Ship the Product without delay, no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal.
Return costs
The cost of returning the Product is borne by the Customer.
Refund
A refund of all payments received, including delivery costs (cheapest available method), will be issued without delay, no later than 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal statement. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the order.
Condition of returned product
The Product should be in undamaged condition, without signs of use beyond what is necessary to determine the nature and characteristics of the Product.
Complaints
If the Product you received is defective, contact us at: contact@vladoganovobjects.com. Describe the defect and attach photos. We will process the complaint within 14 days. You have the right to request repair, replacement, price reduction, or withdrawal from the contract under statutory warranty provisions.
Damage during shipping
If the package arrived damaged — document the condition of the package (photos) and contact us immediately. We will help you file a claim with the courier.
